絲印五金油墨

1、適用范圍：本產(chǎn)品主要用于金屬、五金、電鍍、PP、OPP、BOPP、PET、PBT、PA尼龍等制品的絲印及移印。
2、產(chǎn)品特性：高亮光、特耐酒精、耐汽油、耐防銹油、耐手汗、耐洗潔精、耐花生油、耐黃油、耐白電油、耐正己烷、耐水煮。
3、稀釋劑：用本公司B-03專用稀釋劑或783稀釋油墨，用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗網(wǎng)版。
4、固化劑：單組份使用，不需要添加固化劑；如有特殊要求可選擇添加本公司固化劑用于增加油墨附著力及性能，添加量為10%-15%。
5、油墨調(diào)配：開罐使用前應(yīng)充份攪拌，然后取所需量油墨加入稀釋劑稀釋至合適的印刷粘度進(jìn)行印刷。
6、網(wǎng)版及刮膠：適合80T-140T（200目-350目）聚脂網(wǎng)紗，聚氨脂PU油性刮膠。

【性能檢測】
1、3M膠帶劃百格測試：100%無脫落
2、耐酒精測試：用脫脂棉沾濃度99%工業(yè)酒精以500G力水平來回300次無脫色。
3、耐汽油測試：用脫脂棉沾93#汽油以500G力水平回來50次無脫色。
4、耐手汗耐試：用大拇指緊壓印刷面5分鐘后，再用力來回磨擦100次無脫色。
5、耐正己烷測試：用脫脂棉沾正己烷以500G力水平回來100次無脫色。
6、耐洗潔精耐試：用脫脂棉沾洗潔精以500G力水平回來100次無脫色。
7、耐油脂測試：常溫下涂上機(jī)油、防銹油、花生油、牛油、黃油及色拉油12小時后抹去，然后用3M膠帶劃百格測試100%無脫落。

【注意事項(xiàng)】
1、先小量試印確認(rèn)符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。
2、做好承印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)工作，以促進(jìn)附著效果。
3、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化學(xué)品性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，
需要完全固化后方可檢測。
4、未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。
5、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲存時嚴(yán)禁煙火。

Screen printing hardware ink
1. Scope of application: This product is mainly used for the screen printing and printing of metal, hardware, electroplating, PP, OPP, BOPP, PET, PBT, PA nylon and other products.
2, product characteristics: high gloss, resistance to alcohol, gasoline resistance, oil resistance, rust resistant, anti hand sweat detergent resistance, oil resistance, peanut butter, white electric resistance oil resistance, n-hexane, boiling water resistance.
3, diluent: use the company's B-03 special diluent or 783 dilution ink, and use 718 net water to clean the net plate.
4, curing agent: one use, do not need to add curing agent; if you have special request, you can choose to add the curing agent used to increase the ink adhesion and performance, adding amount of 10%-15%.
5, printing ink: the tank should be stirred before the use of the tank, and then the required ink is added to dilute the diluent to the appropriate printing viscosity for printing.
